Telephone Lines are open at both surgeries from Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:30. Emergency Phone line is from 8am until 8:30am. The phone line at the William Brown Centre is open until 8.30pm on weeknights for general queries. Home visit requests from 6pm will be directed to the Urgent Care Centre

When the surgery is closed you can attend the Urgent Care Centre at Peterlee Community Hospital

Between 18:00 and 08:00 you can telephone William Brown Centre and the call is forwarded to the Out of Hours Service or you can call direct on 0191 430 2592
