The Patient Focus Group meets about once every three months - it is made up of patients, the practice manager, a doctor, the reception supervisor and other members of the NHS by invitation. It is a forum to allow feedback to the practice about the services and standards, and allows the practice to respond. it also allows the practice to “preview” new developments. If you would be interested in joining the group please contact Shirley Lonsdale at the William Brown Centre.
