The prescription will normally be ready for collection within 48 hours - two working days after ordering, for example: prescriptions asked for on a Friday should be ready for collection from 10.00am the following Tuesday. Occasionally there are problems due to computer malfunction, which can be eased if you retain the tear off slip portion of your computer prescription. Prescriptions will be posted on request; patients requiring this service must supply stamped addressed envelopes and allow time for the postal service.
